We offer two different pricing models. On the one hand your group could pay to have us come and then invite the local community to come for event. That would cost $2500/day and would fall under the purview of our consulting. This works well if your organization wants to help the community with the costs of attendance.
A more cost effective method for small groups, however, might be for attendees to simply register and pay with us. This would cost $39 for a one day event for parents/teachers or $59 for a two day event. A student's event would cost $59/$79. We would take care of registration, you would just help us spread the word in your area and drum up support and attendance for the event.
Generally speaking, we like to have a minimum of 20 attendees.
